What time is check in and check out for platinum luxury lodges?
You can check in to your lodge from 4pm on the day of arrival and you must check out and vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
What facilities can I use on my lodge holiday?
Guests are welcome to use all of the park's facilities throughout their stay, excluding those specifically designated as 'owners only'.
Can I bring my dog on a lodge holiday?
Yes, we love to welcome dogs to our pet-friendly holiday parks. When searching for your lodge holiday, keep an eye out for accommodation labelled as pet-friendly, and add your dog to your booking upon checkout.
Do you supply linen and towels in Platinum Luxury Lodges?
Yes, fresh white hotel quality linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided in our Platinum Luxury Lodges.
